Why does ProSeries auto add Sch IN-EL to an amended Partnership Return?
I have called 4 days in a row. The ProSeries support staff cannot get the Sch IN-EL removed from their system. It shows errors & the form is not needed. I called Ind Dept of Revenue & verified that the form is not needed for an amended return. I have the choice to e-file the amended return through ProSeries but not with errors. I guess my only choice is to print the Indiana amended return & ignore the alert that there are errors. I'll have my clients mail the returns unless someone else has a solution.
