Why does pro series 2021 keeps closing out after I sign in

I sign into 2021 Pro Series and it closes out as soon as it opens. I sign in again and it seems to be ok - do you know why

Have you restarted the computer since the issue began? Thats my first 'go-to' when PS starts acting weird.

    yes - that is not the issue - started after I downloaded 2022

    I am having the same issue. After it goes to a lock screen I re-enter my password and the program closes.
