Why does my form 6252 tell me my sell date of 04/01/2021 is not in the current tax year?

The form isnt ready yet (shows 3/3), Im guessing they still have some programing work to do on it....probably still the 2020 programming.

Does it do the computations at all, or are you stuck?  If you put 2020 in as the date, does it work?

    What is really strange - I efiled a 2021 1065 with a 6252 with not problem and it was accepted on 2-3-22.

    Must be only the 1040 version that is delayed.
