Why do I keep getting kicked out of 2019 ProSeries 990 program when I try to delete words on Sch A Part VI

Every time I try to delete a paragraph on Schedule A Part VI in 990 client file in the 2019 program I get kicked out of the program. I sanitized the file. I tried saving it with another name and I got kicked out. Anyone know why this is happening?

Have you tried updating the software?   or   do the Tools - Repair updates

    I did both.  It sort of fixed the problem.  I was able to get in and make the necessary changes. I did get kicked out but it was after I was able to save the file with the changes.  Thanks for your help!
