Why can't I print my Tax Year 2021 Alabama returns?

Software is up to date.

I'm no beginning....been using ProSeries Professional for 20+ years...….. each year there are problems..... but this year is the worst........Just a simple question........When are the "tech's" going to get off their.#$%@ and solve the problem???

    I agree.  Can't print NJ individual returns either.

    I agree - I am tired of explaining to my clients that I am using quality software  -Alabama is just not a priority.

    $8,000 for software and I have to apologize to clients when their friends have already filed elsewhere or even on Turbo Tax
