Why can't I open my Proseries 2021 Program downloaded on my pc?

I click on my 21 Icon pin'd, or go to desktop program, I try to open 2021 Program and nothing happens. I am trying to file a 2021 return for my client.

Have you rebooted your computer?

if so, and that didn’t help, have you run the repair option from your start menu?
