Why aren't Estimated Payment Vouchers final?
The estimated payment vouchers do not change each year. Why are they not final and not scheduled to be final until 2/17/22? At least I can print the Federal even though it says DO NOT FILE on them. For Wisconsin, it won't print the entire return unless I say to not calculate estimates. I can't even print forms in WI that are not final. Again for forms that do not change, why are they not final yet?
