Why are returns that are paying after 15 April still not acknowledged by the irs still saying sent to IRS

Still says sent to IRS on 2020 tax returns that owe and are paying there taxes after 15 April 2021

because the may 15th date of debit is still not acknowledged

by irs,you would think intutit would send

alert about this

    I agree they should of let us know.  Seems like there service is getting a bit sloppy we pay alot for this software and it seems like every year they have problems.  Thank you appreciate it.
