Why am I still PPR after getting an EIN and Approval of my EFIN?

PPR is determined by what program you downloaded/purchased.  Has nothing to do with having an EIN/EFIN.

    Maybe you need to download your license.

    The more I know the more I don’t know.

      Try Tools > License Product.  If that doesnt help, Im guessing you paid for Basic but downloaded/installed Professional by mistake (youre allowed to have both programs since Basic doesnt do entity returns, you can use Pro on a PPR basis), it happens more often than one would think.

      If your toolbar looks like this, youre in Professional.  To get Basic, youd need to log into your Intuit Online account and choose it to Download/Install
