Question

Why am I not able to e-file a 2019 1040-X in ProSeries? It converts successfully but doesn't transmit. What do I need to do?

I have downloaded and installed the latest updates (done today) and then reran the error checking. There were no errors and no overrides. What else could be my problem?

I saw someone else mention that had to uncheck that error checking box at conversion.  I think this can only be done when filing from the EFCenter, not from within a client file.
