Question

Why am I getting an error message on the Info sheet for bank information? We don't have a refund and client is not doing a draft of his account for the balance due.

    Do you have an estimated payment marked for direct debit by accident? (the last time I saw this question asked, that was the cause)

    Or do you have an installment agreement Form 9465 with direct debit included in the return?
