where to input taxes payed in advance for income taxes 2019 on 1040

If you mean estimated taxes, look for the tax payments worksheet.

    Were you talking about estimated taxes paid in 2019 for taxes owed in 2019, you would put that on the Tax Payments Worksheet

      If you're talking about payments made with extensions, you would use the Tax Payment Worksheet.  If it's payments applied from last year's tax return, it should automatically transfer from prior year return. If not transferred, use the Tax Payment Worksheet to enter the amounts.
