Where to enter preparer notes in proseries software that are to be used for internal purpose only and not to be transmitted to the ORS.

I use the client status page. There are two sections at the bottom, one for current year comments (which do not transfer to next year) and the other is for perm comments (which do transfer to next year).
You can also right click and add a note to any particular field and these will generally transfer to next year.
