Where to enter 1099-Misc stated as other income from a lawsuit settlement?

When I enter it it comes up taxable and should be a non taxable item?

So...where is the proper place to enter as non taxable item?

why is it non taxable? generally you wouldnt be issued a 1099MISC for a non taxable settlement.

    If someone received a 1099-Misc from a personal injury lawsuit, they should contact the payer about sending a corrected 1099 .
