Where is my 2018 Proseries CD that was shipped via DHL on 12/26? and was supposed to be delivered on 12/28?

A number of people said their CDs were MIA but nobody has reported back what happened to them. Call customer service to see what the scoop is with the missing CD. If you haven't done so already, you can download the product by logging on to your Intuit account.
