Where has 2019 client gone? Return completed but not filed and now client is gone

a few places to check but first question is did you save it? 

after that, try to search on the SSN or the client code... sometimes you can inadvertently wipe out the last name and save  the return so that it gets renamed or moved in the homebased... Look in the data folder for the customer code

If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround
