Where does ProSeries pull the Additional Tax on Excess Contribution to HSA data to get the line 47 number?

I need to know where the information for line 47 on Form 5329 is gather from, so I can explaine it to my customer

    If you have a condition of two people with separate policies (example: two employers), make sure to understand who is entitled to how much and also where the amount(s) got deposited to. Most often, these confusions are what lead to over-contributing.
