Where do I enter the rebates of 30% for power port installation at home, is for personal use?

client wants to claim charger rebate of 30% and $1000 off installation of charge port. Anybody know where they go. I explored and got nowhere HELP PLEASE Did not see it on any of the worksheets. As wwell as the $7500. she is only getting $5000  ugh!!

Rebates are payouts from Utilities, and maybe a State Energy program. The IRS gives Tax credits, as do some States for some equipment. Make sure to read about this from the perspective of Personal, not Commercial or Generating, property.

For the vehicle credit, it varies by vehicle and year.

Keep in mind that most likely, your taxpayer has been very misled by the people in this industry, into believing a bunch of money might come from these purchases.

I think you are looking for Form 8911.

As for the $7500 credit, be sure you entered the correct battery size.
