where do i enter passport info on the identity verification form on my proseries basic?

I dont think you enter the info anywhere.

In ProSeries Basic, you wouldn't enter passport info, you'd only mark a box on the Identification Verification Worksheet that you used the Passport for identification.

Your banking product may require something more, but that's not part of PS Basic..
