The k1 that came over from another office had the K3 box checked on it. When I looked further behind the K1 they provided a sheet with the K3 items 1-13 and 4 of them were checked to be entered. Except I can’t find where to enter them.

Perhaps I should ask the other office, my client invested in a real estate partnership with many others. Perhaps one of them has foreign income. From what I can see the partnership itself has only US source income.

Then I don’t think you need to enter those items for your client. FYI - besides some of the other partners having foreign items there are other situations- such as the type of partner, that require a partnership to complete K-2/K-3 even if some or all of the partners don’t need it.

The more I know the more I don’t know.
