when will the state tax returns be fixed to accomodate early IRA withdrawals

still getting an error message regarding early withdrawal of IRA due to Covid 19, when will this issue be fixed?

which state? CA seems to work fine.

    Michigan is still showing errors with no information as to when it will be fixed - error message says 'they are working at it"
