I want to know when I can expect the new form or amendment for the Unemployment in order to take the exclusion on this years 2020 taxes  Does anyone know?

      I was just trying to find guidance on what clients should do who have received unemployment benefits and have already filed.  Will they need to amend or will the IRS just send a refund?

      IRS hasnt given any guidance for this yet, except to say DONT amend yet.
