When is the last day to file the extension for 2020 (Form 4868)?

I just wanted to double check that we have until Midnight of May 17, 2021 to file the Form 4868 Extension correct?

Sounds about right, but I certainly would push the midnight hour before I hit the send button.

    Intuit has been known to suddenly impose a 9 PM or similar cutoff on the deadline days so best not to wait til the last minute.

    The more I know the more I don’t know.

      As the old saying goes, why put off until tomorrow what you can do today... So I would not wait until the last minute... just my opinion
