when did virginia started added unemployment income 10200 as income on the return

When the software was updated for the change in taxability of unemployment at the federal level. It's wrong. Wait for another update.

    I was on a Zoom Town Hall meeting with VA Tax on Friday.  The process for 2020 is to subtract the entire amount of unemployment (as usual) and add the exclusion amount as a Fixed Date Conformity addition.
