What is the release date for the 2018 Tax Scan and Import program?

I am trying to use the 2018 version. It allows me to upload my source documents but then I am unable to download the processed file back into Proseries. In prior years it has been a big time saver and worth it but there seem to be issues this year. Proseries Support says they are aware of the issue but can't give me any time period
