What is Power Tax Library?

I do SO MANY out-of-state tax returns, I paid nearly twice my ProSeries Professional cost in those $40+ per return charges. I hear Power Tax Library has unlimited states, but I can't find anything on this website except people in 2019 saying it was Intuit's best-kept secret.

I see it at the bottom right (just use your Find function), here:

Thanks to all three of you. It's actually going to save me money (assuming I keep on doing so many states), PLUS there's a client link so I can dump that overpriced and under-useful Smart Vault! I've bought it.
