What do I put on CA Form 3596 as an out of state preparer?

What do I put on 1c of California Form 3596 Paid Preparer's Due Diligence Checklist for California Earned Income Tax credit? I am preparing a CA return, but I do not live in CA and so I am exempt from the CDET requirement.  ProSeries will not let me leave it blank.

There's an "other" box on the F 3596... does PS not allow that to be completed?

It does.  I was leaning towards checking the other box.  Putting "None" in the explanation and my state in the state. I don't do CA returns often and wasn't sure if that would be acceptable or an issue.
