What do I enter for the SOS file number on CA FTB form 568 when the LLC is formed in Wyoming but all the income is from CA sources & there is no CA SOS file number?

I 'think' if you hit the yellow ? button when youre on that line, it gives you a dummy number to use if you dont have a CA corp number.

I came to that point. The conclusion according to help was to enter 12 zeros if there was no file number to enter from CA SOS. I just don't know if CA FTB will accept this. This is my first experience with this specific situation. Thanks for the reply.

I believe they will...I know I had this issue years ago, I used a dummy number, never had an issue.
