What do I do if the client e signed tax return but there was an error that needs to be corrected on it?

I submitted documents for e-signature after reviewing but realized the client was not receiving EITC. I corrected the error but now the clients is getting a higher refund. How do I request for them to e-sign the forms showing the corrected amounts?

If the Taxpayer has not signed them yet you can Cancel the Request to re-send.

If the Taxpayer has signed the request you would just re-send the request.

  1. Highlight the return on the EF Center.
  2. Go to the Efile menu.
  3. Click on Electronic Signature
  4. Click on Request

What if they did sign, but we haven't filed it yet?
