What can be done to stop the 2020 program from closing unexpectantly when working on a client file?

I've been having the same issue.  I tried refreshing updates and it didn't seem to help at first but then I did a return with no problems so idk

Try working in Proseries off-line.  Of course you eventually have to go online for filing and sort, but maybe thats the answer.  I am just guessing.  I have not experienced this.  Secretary said hers went out a couple times last week.
