Is anyone having problems with the WV state return taxing the $10200 unemployment exclusion?

When did WV pass the law exempting unemployment from state returns?    It takes more than just a few days for ProSeries to make changes to the program.

    I believe it was around April 6.  ProSeries says they are still waiting for WV to give them guidance.

      So you have your answer - it's not ready yet.  🙂      So everyone should be having the same problem with it taxing unemployment
