West Virginia Schedule M modification for federal charitable contribution

ProSeries is creating an increasing modification on Schedule M to federal AGI for the $300 charitable contribution.  According to the legislation passed this week, WV is in full compliance with Federal AGI. Am I missing something or is there a fix coming?

Apparently there was a fix made for this; however I do not think there was ever a notification of such fix.

The returns filed prior to March 1, have all been in error.

I just overrode it until Intuit fixed it. I can't imagine how difficult it is for Intuit to keep up with the stupid factory in Washington.
