DOES WEST VIRGINIA ALLOW TAX PREPARERS TO ATTACH PDF FILES TO CLAIM THE SENIOR CITIZENS, HOMESTEAD PROPERTY TAX CREDIT? I ORGANIZED THEM INTO A PDF FILE, ATTACHED THEM THROUGH THE EF MENU BUT PROSERIES DOES NOT RECOGNIZE THE PDF ATTACHMENT USING OTHER AS THE FILE TYPE. CAN SOME ONE HLEP ME?

When you attach the PDF under description do not use the word form just describe it as “Homestead”. Hope that works for you

I HAVE ERROR MESSAGE ON INFO WORKSHEET. CHANGED THE NAME TO HOMESTEAD CREDIT DID NOT REMOVE THE ERROR MESSAGE. IS THERE A SPECIAL FILE DESCRIPTION? I’M USING OTHER.

Sorry that did not work for you. The only issue I have ever had was using file in description. Make sure you have done all normal troubling shooting steps. Repair updates, restart computer, ETC. If that doesn't work it looks a call to support is needed
