W-8/W-9 French Company
Hello all:
I have a bit of a dilemma: my client, a 990 foundation, is contracting out business with a French company, but the person running the company -- I believe -- has dual citizenship between France & America.
I have not found any useful information on this topic; but will the French company need to provide me with a W-8? This is a bit of an unusual situation -- any direction (sources please) that The Community can provide would be greatly appreciated.
