Verified SS# and name but efile rejected

Verified SS# and name but efile rejected.  They used H&R Block last year. Name and ss # are the same but still rejected.

    What is your reject reason?

      If they have multiple last or middle names, be sure youre using the name that appears on lIne 2 of their SS card.  Sometimes IRS doesnt have the right name as "last" in their database.  Its important to see the actual SS card.
