US Citizen moved to Arizona from foreign country during 2018. AZ PY return requires entry of other state of residency but does not have an option to select "foreign"??

Intuit is not very international when it comes to programming their tax products.  Used to be able to code foreign country as FC with other tax software.

@Ashley at Intuit (aka Henry Jr) Ashley, this is a problem not only with PS but also Lacerte/PTO.  Could you please have your team provide a code for foreign country, not just for AZ but other states that require this?  Thanks!
