Unemployment refunds

My clients have yet to receive unemployment refunds from the IRS.  I read they started issuing them back in May but tomorrow is July 1st and still no refunds.  How long should I wait before filing an amendment to get my client's their money?

    I told my clients if they dont see anything by the end of July, then we would amend.  If you're in a community property state, the Community Property UI changes/clarification they announced in May, could be hanging up MFJ returns longer than for Single.
