Under Global Options, I checked yes to allow IRS to discuss return with preparer, Program has no checked

It should only be checked yes if it is someone other than the preparer.

      In the Firm/Preparer Info, you need to include an ERO Practioner's PIN in the Preparer info. That is the PIN number the IRS will ask you for if you call them as the 3rd party designee on a return.
