Unable to increase my pay per return balance

Receive an error message that proseries has encountered an error.

Increasing through the program? Or from your Intuit Online Acct? Have you tried both ways?

    Trying to increase amount for 2012 return.  Received the following: "Pro-Series has encountered an unexpected error".  Does anyone know of an work-around to pay vs. my having to wait and call Tech Support, as nothing on-line as been successful.

    2012 is too old, Intuit doesn't support it anymore. Im not sure you'll be able to make this happen. Maybe if you get support on the phone and they give you a manual PPR code, but Ive got the feeling they will tell you its too old of a year.
