Trying to electronically file a 2021 tax return

The required date does not allow me to proceed because it must be in the 2022 tax year.

Interestingly, I electronically filed a 2020 tax return with the current 2023 date without a problem.

It's an issue with a fix. Use the current date but then unclick the error checking box when you convert the file for e-filing.

You guys are wonderful!! I had the same problem with transmitting a 2021 return but now all is good!

It's pretty sad when the customer support available on this chat room is MUCH better than going directly to ProSeries.

I've found their call-in customer support to be very helpful. They walked me through fixing it, and they're always friendly.
