Question

Trying to efile a return that is on extension with a balance due to draft. ProSeries will not allow me to enter a date beyond today's date. Is there an update coming?

Once you're past the original due date, you can only schedule payments for the day the return gets filed...the payment is already late.

    Like Lisa said if doing payment withdrawal with return cannot choose a date in future.  Client could make payment through IRS Direct Pay instead which would allow them to select a date in future.
