transferred from 2019 to 2020 organizer, won't show up in homebase list

I have transferred the 2019 1040 client list to the 2020 organizer list, but it doesn't show up, data files are there, but not on the list.

Hi,

I'm sorry you ran into a problem. I must not be understanding your issue correctly.. If I go into ProSeries TY20 and import as follows

 

I see the files listed here in the organizer view

Could you clarify exactly what steps you took, and what you were expecting to see - ideally with screenshots. I appreciate the detail.. it helps in trying to track down and resolve issues.

It was a network issue, I downloaded from a workstation but needed to download from the admin computer
