Transfer of passwords

I transferred by 2019 personal tax return from 2019.

The 2019 password does not work for my 2020 file.

Any suggestions?

Id take the path of least resistance and remove the pw from the 2019 return then re-transfer it....but I realize that doesnt help for all the client files that have a password on them, that would be alot of extra work.

    Go to options, and set up a Primary password. Once you set up a primary password you are able to open all password protected clients with that password
