TRansfer of a TurboTax File

If a client did their own 2019 return using Turbo Tax, is there a way to transfer that file into my Proseries for 2020?  Does it matter if it was TT online or TT Desktop?

Youd have to convert TT2019 to PS 2019, then transfer from PS2019 to PS2020.

Ive seen people struggle to convert TT files that came from TT Online, TT Desktop works much better.
