When you have a client open, click on the letter tab on the top of the screen.  You can then select what letter you like and edit it from there.

    The Letter and Invoice tabs are greyed out

    Do you happen to be in the State return when accessing the menu? If so, you'll need to go back to the Federal and then access the Letters menu.
