The software crashed when I tried to efile Federal and Kentucky returns. I updated the programs and tried again but the program still crashed. Why did this happen

There seems to be a lot of crashes happening lately. I'm not sure if it's because of slippery roads, but I would make sure to buckle up your seatbelt before you put it in drive. If you haven't done so already, I would try rebooting your computer before you try e-filing to see if that helps. Do you get any error messages before the air bags deploy?
