Question

The programs in 2019,2020 and a few in 2021 do not print the tax returns in pdf form so clients can not open them. I check the pdf box in print mode but it doesn't print as a pdf?

pdf files do not print in pdf format for 2019,2020 and some 2021 returns after checking print pdf?

You're sure theyre not landing in the ProPDF/XXXX (insert year here) folders?

    o they are going to their respective idata folders.  Never had this problem before
