Question

The program is not picking up tax payments from W-2s nor calculating the Child Tax Credit

The program is no longer transferring tax payments from w-2 forms to the 1040.  Also, not calculating the child tax credit.  What is going

Several other reports of this, I have not had this issue.  Nothing shows in the Tax Payments worksheet either?

You may want to run REPAIR updates from the Windows Programs menu and see if that makes things work better.

    I did that twice.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the Individual program also.  No resolution!
