Question

The NYS Unemployment exclusion is not reflected on the New York return. The NY AGI on the state does not match the federal. What's the fix?

No fix, NYS does not exclude UC, maybe later.

NYS has not made the decision if they are excluding the 10,200 of unemployment from income.  Hopeful the decision will be in the budget...expected out soon.
