Question

The form 7004 isn't allowing me to efile, how do I know the problem?

1) - Extension box is checked on Partnership or Corporate Information worksheet Part VI

2)  on Form 7004 - box is checked  Check this Box to Activate Form

3) Efile - First Extension ready to EF  is marked

    I had one yesterday that thought the return had already been filed or something to that effect and wouldn’t let me transmit it.  I tried deleting the return and transferred it again, without luck.  I ended up deleting the return and entered the basic information to get it to transmit.
